1. General Registration
By registering for the 3rd Banten Urology Symposium (BUS 2025), participants agree to provide accurate and complete information. Any false information may lead to the cancellation of the registration without a refund.
2. Payment Policy
Registration is only confirmed after the full payment is received and verified by the committee. Participants must upload clear 2proof of transfer within the designated time limit (24 hours). Failure to do so may result in the automatic expiration of the invoice.
3. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made after payment confirmation are generally non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another participant with a formal request to the committee at least 7 days before the event.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials presented during the symposium are the intellectual property of the speakers and the committee. Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Certificates
E-certificates will be issued based on the name provided during registration. Please ensure the accuracy of your name and titles (e.g., Sp.U, dr.). Requests for certificate corrections after the event may incur administrative fees.
6. Changes to the Event
The committee reserves the right to change the schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Participants will be notified of major changes via the registered email or WhatsApp.
